FOLLOW THE FLUME is a series of public programs that tell the story of how the logging flumes and locomotives helped shape life in California’s Central Valley. This family-friendly program will present a screening of a film about felling the giant redwood trees, produced by the Sanger Historical Society. Participants will then walk next door to the Sanger Depot Museum to enjoy an interactive exhibit about the history of the flumes and mill town.
