COACHELLA LIBRARY–Join Coachella Library in Celebration of the Mexican Cultures and Traditions by learning the story behind a popular Mexican Breakfast item, “El Cochito”. Make your very own “cochitos” while listening to an immigrant family’s story of how they became bakery owners. This project is supported by California Humanities through the Library Innovation Lab.
