LLANO–History Walk & Sound Bath: ON ALL Eve – Figuring the Volume of a Utopian Cylinder In August of 1917, colonists were deciding the future of their utopian vision. Consider yours during a short stroll followed by a relaxing sonic experience in the desert twilight: • We will walk and learn about the colony’s final months 100 years ago in the Antelope Valley with Karyl Newman. • We’ll settle in the silo for a sound bath with singing quartz crystal bowls, bells and gong activated by Jean Monte, Moriah Cain Gross and Kristen Cramer. • We’ll stroll back together, reflecting on what’s next, for you and Llano del Rio. This ticketed event, co-produced by Positional Projects and LAUNCH LA, was conceived by participants at the ON ALL Day event on May 6th, 2017. Each guest receives a limited edition guide/map. Space is limited – the sound bath takes place inside the silo. Only ticketed guests may participate. Reserve your place at 7:00, 8:00 or 9:00PM for $10 at https://onalleve.eventbrite.com. Directions and parking information will be provided to ticket holders. Please contact us for more information about mobility challenges at this outdoor location in the open desert.
