LOS ANGELES―Environmental Justice Community Action Lab is a collaboration between faculty and students in the Chincana/o Studies Department at CSU Northridge. With financial support from California Humanities and RGS Summer Research Grants, we are proud to collaborate with local organizations in order to promote local stories about climate justice and resiliency in Los Angeles County.
This workshop will introduce high school and college age young adults to environmental justice research and methods. It is intended to provide a brief background about the history of environmental justice, social media networks, and oral history methods.
