LOS ANGELES– Teen Hip Hop Workshop with DJ Survive and the Inner City Dwellers

LOS ANGELES–Join the Cypress Park Library for a bilingual hip hop workshop with Oaxacan DJ Survive and Inner City Dwellers. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of the technical skills involved in rhyming, producing beats, and in turntablism. This event is part of a project entitled Visualizing Language: Oaxaca in LA which is supported by California Humanities through a Humanities For All Project Grant.
