LOS ANGELES–Zapien’s Salsa Grill Mexican Food Demonstration

LOS ANGELES– The Lens into Mi Vida: Dishes of the Immigrant Experience program continues with Chef Marco Zapien of Salsa Fresca Mexican Grill who will be demonstrating how to make some classic Mexican dishes using fresh food and ingredients, prepared on site. Food will include chile verde, rice and beans, and cilantro caesar salad.
