LOS ANGELES—More than Surviving: API People living with HIV

LOS ANGELES — as part of the National Asian & Pacific Islander HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, survivors will gather at ONE Archive to share how they beat the odds and found community in the process.  Join APAIT and USC for a panel discussion featuring Chris Campos, Keith Kasai and Ric Parish. The organizers invite all survivors, friends, and family members to share their own stories. Sunday, May 19, 2019, 2pm-4pm  ONE Archives at USC Libraries 909 W. Adams Blvd. Suite 300 Los Angeles, CA 90007 Admission is free.  This program is part of a project entitled Angels of the Epidemic: An Oral History of API AIDS Activism in Los Angeles that is supported by California Humanities through a Humanities for All Quick Grant.  For more information, call (213) 375-3830.
