MORENO VALLEY LIBRARY–Author Showcase featuring Jose Chavez

Moreno Valley–Join local author Jose Chavez to hear about his family’s immigration story and determination to succeed, including his educational journey to become a teacher and author. Jose Chavez will be giving away copies of his poetry book, Dancing Fruit, Singing Rivers/Baila la Fruta, Cantan los Rios. Participants will also receive a journal to write down their own thoughts and stories, while supplies last. Refreshments will be served.
