ONLINE PERFORMANCE—New Voices: New Performance Work-in-Progress Zoom Showcase and Artist Q&A

ONLINE PERFORMANCE—West Creative performing Arts, in collaboration with The Santa Cruz Art League, have come together to create a space for LGBTQQAI+ youth in Santa Cruz County through New Voices. The goal of this new performance program for youth, ages 16-19, is to provide a safe, supportive, and creative space for young people to explore the necessary performance tools needed to amplify their unique voice while working in community. This evening’s Work-in-Progress Showcase reflects ten weeks of creative inquiry, skill-building, artistic risk-taking, and vulnerability as students dug deep to develop original performance work inspired by their lives. After the showcase is an Artist Q&A to hear students speak of their creative process and experiences in New Voices. RSVP required. Please visit the link below to register for your FREE tickets.
