OAKLAND―Neighbor Connections Workshop: Restorative Justice

  OAKLAND―How do we meet our neighbors? Join Golden Gate Library and Commons Archive for a free workshop to learn about several North Oakland community groups. Bring your questions and a neighbor! Restorative Justice for Oakland Youth (RJOY) will be there to share tools for repairing harm and creating healthy community relationships. Light refreshments will be served.  ‘Neighbor Connections’ workshops are part of Commons Archive, a neighborhood memory bank at the Golden Gate Branch Library. Commons Archive honors neighbors as participants, narrators, and creators of the many histories of this dynamically changing area. To learn more about the project, please visit www.commonsarchive.net and follow @commons_archive on Instagram.    July 16, 2019, 6:30-8:00 p.m. Golden Gate Branch Library 5606 San Pablo Avenue Oakland, CA   The library is wheelchair accessible.
