EL SERENO– Join us for a free community event, along with community members, artists, poets, writers and musicians, as we uplift the reproductive justice stories of our communities. “Healing our Hearts: a night of Latina/x storytelling” is the result of listening to community through our Speaking Story project. Speaking Story (SS) is California Latinas for Reproductive Justice’s (CLRJ) story collection project dedicated to collecting the reproductive justice stories of our communities. SS seeks to create cultural shift in public narratives surrounding Latina/x that honors our reproductive justice experiences and those of our families, youth and communities.
