SACRAMENTO–On October 24th, the UC Davis Human Rights Film Festival presents FIRST ANGRY MAN at 6:30 p.m. at the Crocker Art Museum. “Americans hate government.” So begins this documentary by Peabody Award winning filmmakers Jason Cohn and Camille Servan-Schreiber. FIRST ANGRY MAN sets out to discover why and how the modern anti-government movement began. It’s a character-driven story centered on the unlikely figure of Howard Jarvis, the man behind California’s iconic Proposition 13. Film runs 60 minutes.
