SAN JOSE–“I Am” Selfie Poem Workshop – Facilitated by Colibrí Collective is a generative poetry workshop facilitated by Colibrí Collective of San José, CA, offered for free to the public via Zoom. Participants of all writing levels will be guided to write a three-stanza poem. The workshop includes interpretation in Spanish and live closed captioning in English. This community poetry-writing workshop is free to the public. Participants will be invited to send their work for possible publication in La Raíz Magazine (2022) and participate in La Raíz Magazine Creative Showcases.
