SANTA ANA—FESTIVAL DE TRASH-MEX

SANTA ANA—Join The Frida Cinema for FESTIVAL DE TRASH-MEX, a three-night film festival at The Frida Cinema showcasing what “Trash-Mex” is all about with six genre classic Mexican film screenings, original Mexican film memorabilia displayed in the theater, and more!

Armando Hernández of Trash-Mex.com partners up with film programmer Michael Aguirre for a curation of Mexican genre films like no other. This is a variety of different genres & titles that have not been played in theaters for many, many years! All films will be presented in the double feature format, two movies for the price of one! Here’s the lineup:

May 19 @ 6pm: DJ, Vintage Film Trailers, and Poster Art Show
8pm Double Feature: DIMENSIONES OCULTAS + NAJEROS

May 20 @ 6pm: Mariachi and Poster Art Pre-Show
7pm Double Feature: LA VENGANZA DE LA LLORA SANTO Y BLUE DEMON VS. DRÁCULA EL HOMBRE

May 21 @ 5pm: DJ, Vintage Film Trailers, and Poster Art Show
6pm Double Feature: EL VIOLADOR INFERNAL + A Secret Mario Almada Title
