"The understanding of a culture comes from hearing the language, tasting the food, seeing personal interactions, experiencing the traditions, and so much more when it is in context."

SANTA CLARITA—Cositas Ricas (Delicious Little Things)

October 6, 2020

SANTA CLARITA PUBLIC LIBRARY— Cositas Ricas means “delicious little things” and with this grab and go snack kit, that’s what SCPL invites you to experience- some favorite Latin American snacks from Mexico, El Salvador, Columbia, Argentina, and more! Each kit is packed with several snacks your family can taste test. Let the library know what your favorites are and if you’ve discovered any new favorites. While we can’t travel very much right now, we can still experience the world and celebrate Latin American culture. Enjoy your cositas ricas– and let us know if there is another snack from any Latin American country that isn’t to be missed- we’d love to hear what you love!
