SONOMA–2022 Sonoma International Film Festival EXPOSING MUYBRIDGE from director Marc Shaffer brings the fantastical story of the trailblazing 19th-century photographer Eadweard Muybridge to life. In addition to photographing a spectacular catalog of the American West, Muybridge set the course for the development of cinema when he became the first photographer to capture something moving faster than the human eye can see – Leland Stanford’s galloping horses. Showings Sat, Mar 26th, 2:00 PM @ Andrews Hall Sun, Mar 27th, 5:30 PM @ Sonoma Valley Woman’s Club Tickets: https://2022siff.eventive.org/schedule?viewMode=compact   For more information and tickets, visit the Sonoma International Film Festival film guide.  Exposing Muybridge is supported by California Humanities through a California Documentary Project Grant.
