Watercolor Painting Art Workshop

The Monterey Park Bruggemeyer Library summer Library Innovation Lab program, “Global Citizens: One World, Many Stories,” will introduce watercolor painting techniques at an art workshop for adults.  The program is part of a series of art workshops designed to tie family history themes to art.
