WHITTIER– Lalo Garcia: Sacred & Cultural Art

WHITTIER– Join us for a presentation by celebrated artist LALO GARCIA. Lalo is best known for his design of the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe, for the cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels in Los Angeles. His love for his native culture combined with his faith and commitment to preserving the folklore of México are all reflected in his unique work. The presentation will begin at 6:30pm. Free tickets are required and are available at the Whittier Central Library and Whittier Whittwood Branch Library. Free parking Light refreshments will be provided by the Whittier Public Library Foundation.
