ONLINE–Over the past years, the number of Anti-Asian crimes has drastically increased, and many Asian communities have been challenged by ongoing issues. Various stories and perspectives of Asians/Asian Americans have not received much attention. Fresno State invites Professor Al-An deSouza, Chair of the Department of Art Practice at UC Berkeley, a California-based trans-media artist who works across different disciplines, including photography, digital media, text, performance, and pedagogy, to open a conversation through (visual) storytelling.
