DESCRIPTION:SANTA CRUZ—Gathering In Gratitude is a New Year’s Eve artist-led mega party hosted by The 418 Project in downtown Santa Cruz\, featuring immersive ambient music and humanities installations by Liminal Space. Attendees can enjoy live bands in the Large Theater\, interactive art installations that explore future visions and community\, and engage in meaningful dialogue facilitated by Liminal Space artists. The event aims to strengthen community bonds by focusing on the loss of third spaces and the importance of creative rituals\, offering participatory experiences that encourage reflection and connection. Proceeds benefit local emerging artists from diverse communities\, allowing attendees to welcome 2025 while supporting a good cause.
