Karl Marlantes, New York Times bestselling author and Vietnam veteran, will return to Southern California for the second leg of his statewide speaking tour, focusing on topics raised in his compelling narrative What It Is Like To Go To War, our current CA Reads book selection. The tour will kick-off at UCLA Sunday, November 16 and wrap up at the Mira Costa College in Oceanside on Friday, November 21.
