Thank You to California on the Table Attendees

On Thursday, September 12th we hosted California on the Table at the historic One Kearny building in San Francisco. Attendees enjoyed delicious cuisine, live Japanese jazz, and tasty stories that connected the humanities to rich California food traditions. Kudos to our inspiring grantee speakers Steven Wong and Lisa Morehouse, and to our keynote Nikiko Masumoto—organic farmer, performer, and storyteller—whose riveting remarks moved everyone in the room. An enormous thank you to all of the individuals who purchased tickets and made donations in support of our programs during the evening. We are so grateful for all of the generous people who make up the California Humanities community.
