PASADENA-- On March 3, 2018, the public will enjoy free admission to the exhibition Dreaming the Universe: The Intersection of Science, Fiction, & Southern California, which explores the history of science fiction in Southern California from 1930 to 1980, and how it interacted with the advances of science, the changes in technology, and shifts in American society.

PASADENA--Relive the thrilling days of early live TV as journalist Jean Noel Bassior, author of Space Patrol: Missions of Daring in the Name of Early Television, takes you behind the scenes of this ground-breaking series that paved the way for science fiction film and TV.

PASADENA--Ray Bradbury’s daughter Ramona invites you to pull up a chair in her virtual living room as she shares an intimate evening of memories about growing up in the eclectic Bradbury household. The format is a conversation with historian Richard Schave followed by a Q & A session.

PASADENA-- It’s fun, free, and only one day a year! Join us for the annual Museum Free Day – Museums of the Arroyo Day – on Sunday, May 20. Six museums in Los Angeles and Pasadena will open their doors – free of charge – from Noon to 5:00 pm and provide shuttles to transport you to and from the various locations throughout the afternoon.
