War Comes Home: In Schools Free Online Event

California Humanities has partnered with the California History-Social Science Project—the state’s K-16 collaborative dedicated to providing the highest quality history instruction—to improve how California’s teachers teach and their students learn about veterans’ experiences and the issues facing those returning home from war.

Save the Date: February 3, 2015 (4pm PST) for the next online scholar presentation.  Professor Kathryn Statler, University of San Diego, will provide a talk titled, “Coming Home: Lessons Learned and Not Learned from Vietnam Veterans’ Experiences.”  Space is limited to 100 participants.  Reserve your space today.
