YUBA CITY— Join the Sutter County Museum for a FREE reception to celebrate the new permanent exhibit From Barbers’ Row to Beale Air Force Base: Black History in Yuba-Sutter at the Sutter County Museum. This exhibit explores Black pioneers and their legacy in making a lasting impact on the local history of Yuba-Sutter.
