Woven Wave is a participatory public art installation by artist Kacie Lyn Martinez at the annual Doheny Surf & Art Festival. Community members collectively weave a giant sculptural wave and share reflections on what Doheny means to them, transforming spectators into co-creators of a shared story of place. The artist will be there weaving alongside the community all day on Sunday.
Where: Doheny State Beach
When: 10-5pm, Saturday June 27 and Sunday June 28
