The arts added beauty to my life. Huzzah for the humanities!”

Through my immersion in the Humanities I came to realize the truth of the phrase, “What is old is new.” Although times and circumstances change, human impulses are timeless. Our culture’s core religious literature, the stories that come to life through the classics, and the teachings of ancient seers resonate today because they reflect the core truths of the human experience. As someone who led a major business I found wisdom, reassurance and inspiration through my readings. The arts added beauty and joy to my life. Huzzah for the Humanities!
