Over the summer, California Humanities presented five forums focusing on themes relating to veterans, from the traumas of war, to Hollywood and mythmaking, to the changing faces of veterans in our diverse state. A partnership with the University of California Humanities Research Institute, the California State Library, and local partner libraries, these public conversations took place in Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco, Riverside, and Los Angeles.
Thanks to our friends and partners, UCHRI and the State Library, the recordings of these conversations are now available on our Experiences site. You can watch all five videos here, or read a recap of the activities here.
